Abdominal wall hernia related to bicycle-handlebar: A rare traumatic hernia

چکیده
Bisiklet kullanımı çocuklar için eğlenceli ve özgürlük hissi yaratan bir araç olduğu kadar, yaşamı tehdit eden kazaların nedeni de olabilir. Bu yazıda bisiklet gidon yaralanması ile acil servise başvuran olgu sunulacaktır.
 Bisikletten düşme öyküsü getirilen 11 yaşında erkek çocuğun muayenesinde, sağ alt kadranda şişlik batın derisinde ucuna ait vurma izi saptandı. Tomografi duvarı hasarını doğruladı. Batın eksplorasyonunda; izine uyan bölgede fasya kasların parçalandığı, batında serbest kan terminal ileum mezenterinde defekt oluştuğu görüldü. Mezenter, kas defekti onarıldı. Olgu postoperatif üçüncü günde şifa taburcu edildi.
 Gidon yaralanmalarında ilk bulgu cilt üzerindedir. Olgular içi organ hasarı ventral duvar hernisi açısından izlenmelidir. Güvenli kullanımına ilişkin davranış geliştirici eğitimlerin yapılması kaynaklı kazaları önlemede etkili
